- 🔁 The TLM Resale Advantage: We want you to adore your luxury collection! If you purchase an item and it doesn’t quite fit your style vibe down the road, just let us know. We will gladly offer to re-consign and resell the item on our platform for you!
📦 Processing & Shipping Timelines
We carefully inspect and meticulously package every single order to ensure your investment arrives in absolute perfection. Please note our standard handling timelines:
- In-Stock Items: Please allow approximately 4 to 7 business days to process and prepare your order before it ships.
- Special Orders & Pre-Orders: Because these rare items are sourced specifically for you, they require 10 to 15 business days or more to process before shipping.
- A Quick Note on Transit: Processing and transit timeframes exclude weekends and statutory holidays. While carrier delivery speeds are ultimately out of our hands, we will proactively inform you if any unexpected courier delays arise. You can also easily check your order’s live status directly on our website anytime! Because logistics schedules fluctuate, refunds or cancellations cannot be issued due to postal transit delays.

Because we handle high-value, rare investments, we want to ensure your package travels with complete security. Standard base shipping does not automatically include transit insurance.
To fully protect your purchase against loss or theft during transit, we strongly recommend adding coverage on checkout day:
