Payout Policy

• Consignor payouts are issued only after buyer payment has fully cleared and the transaction is complete.
• Payouts are processed within 3–5 business days following clearance. Weekends and holidays are excluded.
• Funds are released in order of completed transactions.
• Payouts are not expedited due to follow-ups, urgency, or personal circumstances.
• In the event of a buyer return, dispute, or chargeback, payout will be held until the matter is fully resolved.
• This policy exists to protect all parties and ensure responsible business operations.
