Shipping policy
Please note, all items will take approx 4-10 business days to process before shipping, excluding weekends and statutory holidays.
Special order or pre-order items will take 10-15 business days or more to process before shipping.
Refunds will not be given due to shipping delays. You will be informed if there is a delay, or you can check the status of your order on our website.
USA and International shipments: You are responsible for any duties or taxes incurred at the border. We will not issue any refunds or exchanges for any items returned to us due to recipient's failure to pay or declining to pay customs and/or tax, or items held in customs.
Make sure to track your package closely to make sure someone will be available to sign and receive it. We will not be held liable for any lost, stolen, damaged or seized packages.
We will help with submitting Insurance Claims with your home insurance company if issues arises during shipping regarding loss, damage and/or theft. Please review the policies of the carrier of your package for more information.
